Order Forms:
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (email address), financial information (bank account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (zip code, age, or income level ). Contact information from the order forms is used to ship purchases and to provide Customer Service. The customer's contact information is also used to send promotional material directly from Power Bandit and to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see email newsletter).

Financial Information:
Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Unique identifiers (such as transaction IDs, email addresses, and other data) are collected by the website for use as account numbers in our record system. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor our visitor's experience by showing them content that we think might be interesting and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Return Policy:
If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% of restocking fee. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department within thirty days of your invoice and you will be provided with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA numbers are valid for 12 days from the date of issue. PowerBandit.com will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Any discrepancies will result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. For all light products please test the product for factory defects prior to installation. Once attempts of installation have been made, all light products are not returnable. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. PowerBandit.com will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical specification and manufacturer part number information so that you can make an educated buying decision.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater (for international orders you will be charged 30% of the invoice price plus all shipping and duty that we pay for the returned product[s]) to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We will issue a full refund (or exchange) for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error and within 30 days from invoice.

Damaged Products:
Please check the contents of your package upon delivery. If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately at 1-515-257-8670. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement. If you fail to report problems to us within 24 hours shipping damages may not be filed and you will be responsible to ship the damaged product back to us for a return or exchange at your cost.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
After 30 days, all parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary and are included with your product and should be reviewed carefully for additional information.
